Once you have validated this plancha repair service, please make sure to properly pack your plancha according to the instructions provided to you (with or without plate and/or grease container etc.). Be sure to ship your plancha on a pallet to avoid problems during transport and to facilitate the repair service of the plancha. Take photos of all four sides of your plancha and the packaged product. Keep these photos carefully as they can be requested from Simogas customer service if necessary.
