Optimal thermal inertia thanks to its thickness of 6mm. The carbon rolled steel  plancha is adapted to a family use for your kitchen or in your garden.

A powerful temperature build-up. The power/temperature ratio is optimal for an environmentally-responsible consumption.

Steel is an excellent heat conductor offering a perfect cooking for all kind of food: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruit, ...

During manufacturing, the plate undergoes a heat treatment (blueing) that gives a black appearance to the surface (the plate turns brown on the surface). This protects it from oxidation during storage. This black color is not a paint or a coating, and it disappears with each use, it is part of the normal life of your plancha.

It is possible to cut food directly on the plancha. Knife marks will not affect the quality of the plate.

Cleaning the plate is quick and easy: pour a glass of water or ice cubes over the still hot plate (plancha turned off) and remove the residue with a spatula always used flatly. Feel free to scrub well. Don't forget to clean the grease container.

IMPORTANT: Once the plancha has cooled, ALWAYS grease the plate (edible oil of your choice) after each use, so that it does not rust, until the plate looks shiny. We advise you not to use vinegar or any other acidic products on your plancha.

A circuit breaker and a minimum 16A power outlet are required.
