With a thickness of 6 mm and 4 cm on the edges, it is the ideal plate if you want a new carbon rolled steel plate for your 75 cm plancha.
To clean the carbon rolled steel cooktops, nothing could be easier, just deglaze the still hot plate with cold water or ice cubes and scrape off the residues with a maintenance spatula. When the plate is clean, wipe it well and brush it with a thin layer of oil with a soft cloth to prevent rust spots from appearing on the plate.
