These general conditions of sale strictly apply to all sales of product made in the EU, by SIMOGAS SL, with VAT no.: B63331177, and made to natural persons
All orders made in this on-line shop necessarily imply the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale valid on the date of the order made by the Customer
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, and all acts that result from them, will be subject to Spanish law, except when public provisions to the contrary exist
2-Prices:
The prices published in alaplancha.net are in Euros and are valid except for typographic errors. All prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order.
Post-Brexit information : From 1st january 2021, shoppers in UK may now be charged to receive goods from the EU (VAT and custom duties, to handling fees and surcharges). VAT and Import charges will be paid by customer in UK before delivery
Offers on products on sale in alaplancha.net will be shown in the "Offers" section or will be indicated on the product sheet and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid while they are displayed on the screen
3-Different methods of payment:
When the customer makes the order, he can choose either to pay for the purchases he is making in alaplancha.net by: Bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery
4-Product:
The offers presented by alaplancha.net are valid within the limits of available stocks
Photographs, graphic art and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are only a guide and do not compromise the seller in any way whatsoever.
The warranty conditions for our new products are specified in the "Our warranties" section. In order to benefit from the guarantee, the purchase invoice must be presented. Any unpaid or partially paid invoice implies the unreserved renunciation by the customer of the guarantee for the product(s) ordered. Products sold second-hand do not benefit from these conditions (in the case of a second-hand product only the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from the invoice date may be applied).
5-Cancellation of the order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods have been dispatched, the customer will not have to pay for anything. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will pay for the shipment expenses and the return expenses of this order
6-Deliveries and Returns:
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
A-Deliveries information for metropolitan France, Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Belgium, Portugal :
Transport costs are free for metropolitan France, Iberian Peninsula, Belgium and Portugal from €300 order (including taxes)
in this countries, for any order of less than €20, the shipping costs are €15 including VAT, for orders between €20 and €99 the shipping costs are €30, for orders from €100 to €149 the shipping costs are €40 and for orders up to €299 the shipping costs are €50.
Preferably, please indicate a telephone number corresponding to the country of delivery to allow easier organization of transport. The planchas are delivered on a pallet for maximum protection. It is expected that the carrier will contact you to set up the delivery appointment with you, hence the need to transmit a valid telephone number. You can contact the Alaplancha.net team 7 days a week to receive information about your delivery.
We have a permanent stock in Spain. Packages are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of your order by the carrier. The usual shipping method is express transport. You will be informed at all times of the status of your order by e-mail
Return of goods in metropolitan France, Belgium, Portugal and Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
- In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the ordered products to exercise your right. You do not have to provide any explanation; any article purchased from alaplancha.net accompanied by the invoice to which the products relate will be accepted, provided that it is: unused, returned in its original packaging, sealed, accompanied by all accessories and any instructions and in perfect condition for resale. Alaplancha.net undertakes to reimburse you within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. The cost of transport and return of goods are at your expense. Approximate rate for transport in France: 75 € (including taxes) per transport service (final price varies by weight and destination).
Before returning the item, you must notify customer service.
Any product damaged, incomplete, missing or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be reshipped upon request and at your expense. Alaplancha.net also reserves the right not to accept the product if the accessories mentioned in the product data sheet are missing.
Alaplancha.net recommends that you return your products with an additional insurance that guarantees you, if necessary, the compensation of the products at their real market value in case of loss or damage of the package or packages during the return transport.
In case of withdrawal, Alaplancha.net is required to exchange the goods or refund the amount paid by the customer (based on the rate at the time of purchase of the product). The cost of transport to and from the site is the responsibility of the customer. The indicative rate is €48 per transport service (i.e. €96 return).
- In the event that the item you return is defective or does not correspond to your order, Alaplancha.net will pay the cost of return and delivery of the item exchanged.

B-Deliveries in the rest of the European Union (EU) 5 to 7 days:
For other EU countries the shipping costs are €40 for orders under €20, for orders from €20 to €99 the shipping costs are €60, for orders from €100 to €299 the shipping costs are €95 and from €300 of order (VAT included), the shipping costs are €130.

The customer can return the order within 15 days of delivery. In this case, the amount of the order will be refunded to him. All non authorized return will be refused and the two way transport cost expenses will be in charge of the customer. (Freight cost EU : 95 € each).
C-Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU):
Delivery costs to countries outside the European Union are € 200, regardless of the amount of the order. To request a personalized quote, please contact us at info@alaplancha.net. You need to pay all taxes and customs fees.
For the United Kingdom, orders up to €20 have a shipping cost of €60, all orders over €20 (VAT included) have a shipping cost of €250.
The customer can return the order within 15 days of delivery. In this case, the amount of the order will be refunded to him, but he will have to pay the amount corresponding to the return of the goods, by paying for the shipment himself or by accepting a debit of 200 €.
D-Pick-up in store:
You can also collect your order by appointment at our company located in Barcelona calling first to organise the appointment; no delivery charges are applied.
7-Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
The data provided by the customer will be included in a personal data file owned by SIMOGAS, SL, duly registered in the Data Protection Agency, in order to manage the registration of the user in the web and to guarantee the correct processing of the communications, transactions and purchases made, their sending and the corresponding billing and sending commercial information if the customer notifies its wish to receive it on registering or later on, on both its own product and those of third parties, that might be of interest to it. If you do not want to receive this information, please indicate this when you register in the box used for this purpose, or notify us later by electronic mail, telephone or contact form
The customer expressly and unequivocally agrees to the processing of the data collected for the purpose foreseen in the previous paragraph. The customer also agrees for the product delivery details to be notified to the courier companies SIMOGAS, SL works with, to be able to send you the products

SIMOGAS, SL hereby guarantees that the corresponding safety measures have been taken in its facilities, systems and files. It also guarantees the confidentiality of the personal details and that they are not going to be used for purposes other than those indicated herein.
