Delivery

The packaging of our planchas has been designed to ensure the safest possible delivery.
The packaging has been tested.
All parts are protected and the plancha is delivered on a pallet for maximum protection.

Reception of the plancha

When receiving your plancha:

Please look around the package. In case of doubt, mention on the delivery note "subject to verification".

In case of apparent problem:

Refuse the package and call us: 0033 3 74 47 47 27 (not surcharged).
If you notice a defect when you unpack your package:
Keep all the packaging.
Do not use the items, which must be new.

In any case, it is advisable to keep the packaging, for safety, for about 10 days. 

Delivery times 

The usual method of delivery is express transport. There is no tracking number as the delivery is made on a pallet, but you will be informed at any time of the status of your order by email, upon request.

The average delivery time is 3 working days once your order has been handed over to the carrier. The carrier is expected to contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date with you. If you are not available on the proposed date, you can change it directly with the carrier.

Delivery rates 

Transport costs are free for metropolitan France, Iberian Peninsula, Belgium and Portugal from €300 order (including taxes)

In this countries, for any order of less than €20, the shipping costs are €15 including VAT, for orders between €20 and €99 the shipping costs are €30, for orders from €100 to €149 the shipping costs are €40 and for orders up to €299 the shipping costs are €50. Delivery costs include packaging, handling and postage.

Shipping costs for Germany and Austria from €150 order (incl. taxes) are €75 and from €1.500 order (incl. taxes). 

In these countries, the shipping costs are €20 for orders with an amount lower than €20 (taxes included), for orders from €20 to €99 the shipping costs are €35, for orders from €100 to €149 the shipping costs are €50.

For delivery in the rest of the EU / outside the EU:

For other EU countries the shipping costs are €40 for orders under €20, for orders from €20 to €99 the shipping costs are €60, for orders from €100 to €299 the shipping costs are €95 and from €300 of order (VAT included), the shipping costs are €130.

Delivery costs to countries outside the European Union are € 200, regardless of the amount of the order. To request a personalized quote, please contact us at info@alaplancha.net. You need to pay all taxes and customs fees.

For the United Kingdom, orders up to €20 have a shipping cost of €60, all orders over €20 (VAT included) have a shipping cost of €250.
